The CLCAC has developed a Destination and Product Development Plan for the Gulf focussing on Indigenous tourism development.  Indigenous tourism has been identified as a key opportunity as part of the Indigenous Economic and Business Development Opportunities assessment.  An audit of existing tourism businesses shows there are currently no Indigenous experiences of offer in the Gulf.  Consultants are currently working with one PBC to assist them establish tourism ventures.
